Manufacturing
Laser cutting, Punching, Sheet bending, TIG Welding, MIG Welding, Assembly, etc. Using the latest technology, we manufacture all types of metal components from sheet metal processing. We manufacture customised products for our clients.
Thanks to the most advanced techniques in industrial organisation, we have the most competitive prices on the market.
Our clients include leading companies in the wind, electric, vertical transportation and vending sectors.
Laser cutting

Laser cutting is a technique used to cut sheet metal parts characterised in that its energy source is a laser that concentrates light on the work surface.
To evacuate the material that is cut, the supply of pressurised gas such as oxygen, nitrogen or argon is necessary.
Almacén Gas
Laser cutting is particularly suitable for pre-cutting and trimming excess material, with the possibility of producing complex contours on workpieces. The main advantages of this type of manufacturing of parts include the lack of requiring cutting dies, as well as it allows for adjustments to the contour of the workpiece. Moreover, the laser cutting operation is robotised in order to maintain the distance between the electrode and the outer surface of the workpiece. Unfavourable aspects worth mentioning include the fact that this procedure requires a high investment in machinery and the higher the thermal conductivity of the material, the more difficult it will be to cut. The laser thermally affects the metal, but if the calibration is correct, it will not create burrs on the workpiece. The most common thicknesses vary between 0.5 mm and 6 mm for steel and aluminium. The most common power for this method ranges between 3000 and 5000 W.
In ROIRI Metal & Engineering, we have a fully automated laser cutting station.
Punching

A punching machine is a type of machine used for drilling and shaping sheets of different materials using a punch and a die of the likeness of a press. These can be simple (commanded manually, with one set of tools) or very complex (CNC punching machine with automatic loading and multiple tools.
Detalle PunzonadoraThe punching machine usually works based on sheet metal formats, but there are some that work using coils. Punching using coils provides high efficiency while punching using sheets provides greater flexibility. Punching using coils is recommended for very large production runs where the same material is used, and the width of the coil usually coincides with the width of the workpiece. It has the advantage that the material only flows in one direction, thus preventing scuffing the sheet, as well as unnecessary movement.
ROIRI Metal & Engineering has various technologically advanced punching machines.
Bending

Bending machines (Press brakes) are machines specially designed for bending sheet metal. They execute various types of bends (bottoming and air bending) taking into account the thickness of the sheet. They are classified depending on the driving force used in the bending process, as well as the various forms or forces acting during the press. The structure of these machines consists of several elements driven either mechanically or hydraulically, being the drive elements the most important. Some of these machines allow you to the control the penetration of the punch.
ROIRI Metal & Engineering has an assembly of bending machines which allow us to provide service to all of our clients.
